The Bogliasco Foundation has published the call for scholarships in Italy for artists from all over the world during 2023-2024. These are residence scholarships that are aimed at talented people who work in all disciplines of the Arts and Humanities regardless of their nationality, age, race, religion or gender.
The Bogliasco Foundation is an American nonprofit organization with a program in Italy that supports the Arts and Humanities by providing residential scholarships at its center of study, Italy ‘s Historic Crossroads , where talented artists and scholars from all cultures come together to connect, create and spread meaningful new work.
The Residencies at the Bogliasco Study Center will last approximately 30 to 34 days and are scheduled for two semesters a year: Autumn (mid-September to the third week of December) and Spring (early February to the second week of December). May in a bucolic setting on the coast near Genoa.
The Foundation launches a total of 50 scholarships among the different areas with which we can participate in this call, we find:
- Architecture and Landscape Architecture
- Fine arts
- Film and Video
- Ancient Literature and Modern Literature
The Bogliasco Scholarships cover room and board , but do not provide a travel or living stipend.

- Demonstrate significant achievement in their disciplines, commensurate with their age and experience.
- The Foundation gives preference to those whose applications suggest they would be comfortable working in an intimate, international, multilingual community of scholars and artists.
